*not wedding related* So, AI this year is just blowing my mind. As a creative, I'm fully engrossed in how much of a double edged sword it can be. Nobody ever expected it to be able to "create" in the way it can already. So, when I heard about @google releasing an AI where you can upload documents and it will create a podcast discussing the topics in the document I was pretty taken aback. I decided to upload my MA dissertation to see what it would come up with and it's honestly, terrifyingly accurate and it's ability to summarise + add additional thought is both impressive and worrying. It leaves me thinking, in 10 years time, will we be able to differentiate between man made and AI made? I don't think we will. I honestly believe the whole creative landscape in the next decade will be totally unrecognisable, with very little human input. I've popped a number of (very old) images from my time at university to accompany this audio. You might be interested, you might not. That's OK.
